How I work

Brief
Constraints first: material, manufacturing method, tolerances, assembly context. A clear brief prevents expensive revisions.

CAD
Parametric modelling in SolidWorks or Fusion 360. Assembly simulation, interference checks, drawings.

Prototype
First physical part off the printer. Fit and function check. Iterate until it's right.

Production files
CNC-ready STEPs, technical drawings with tolerances, DXFs, BOM. Handed off ready for your manufacturer.
